My fiancé and I had an issue with our ac not working during this past summer. Apartment got up to 92 degrees. We called it in to the office 5 times over the course of 3 weeks. They refused to fix it and when we decided to look ourselves, we found mold on the condenser. Since they refused to fix the issue, we were forced to move for health reasons. This is an ongoing issue with a lot of apartments there, since the management decided to do a facelift on all buildings instead of fixing outdated appliances. There was a fire a few years ago due to the outdated wiring and appliances.
