        Bait & Switch on phones at Staples with fraudulent hidden charges by Verizon

        They hid the price of the phone in Verizon added line access fees of $480.00. Phone never activated Verizon & the phone number was never ported from AT&T, he said he could not transfer the data from the old phone go to the Verizon store (which charges for the service unless they sell you a phone), and I updated the phone he claimed he was updating. Staples Corp. they will NOT make it right. I had Verizon remove the new phone & insure it was not ported in the future. Staples condones behavior & does not print a contract. Watch the hidden fees that these crooks add and most people overlook or assume are standard.

        Not very happy with store coupons. I get email coupons for specials of so much off on certain items. The only problem is they must be regular priced not sale items. If I go and use the coupons I'm told sorry item is on sale! I wanted 1 bubble wrap at regular price but cashier said they where on sale if you purchased 3 rolls. I only wanted 1 roll and I had a 40% off coupon they sent to my pc. Give me a brake, dishonest practices time to call the BBB!
