Total Car Care

My wiper blades stop working all of a sudden in the winter in Michigan, just before major snow is expected. Took my car in for a check of wiper blades to Total Car Care in Livonia on Friday 02/21/20 and the problem was diagnosed by Mo who is a great technician. Made an appointment and returned the next Tuesday to have the work done. I have to say again " This is a Terrific place for complete car care". The technicians there really take pride in their work and they care about their customers. I am again a very satisfied customer. Thanks guys for doing a great job.

It was Sunday afternoon I had just filled My tank with gas, When I went to pull out The van would not move. I went out and looked My right front tire was completely disconnected from the tie rod. the first tow truck company I called said at least two hours. So I tried the next tow company and He (Abe) said ten minutes, He was there in eight and could not have been a nicer Guy. He tried to fix it right there but We could both see it was stripped. Again it was Sunday so He could not get the part till Monday. So He carefully put My van on the tow truck bed. gave Me a ride home seven miles in the opposite direction of His shop and called Me at 8:30 am Monday to let Me know My van was ready for pick up and The price was very reasonable.And They did an outstanding job. So if You need a tow or Any work done on Your car this is the place to call (ask for Abe) tell him Greg sent You.
