Casa Flores Mexican Restaurant

I think the two previous reviews were too generous . On 8 Feb 2015, 25 minute wait and the food was cold. Was told no manger except on Friday. Nice décor though.

This business deserves a zero star rating, but you can't give less than a one. A group I belong to made reservations for last night for a group of 20. The reservation was confirmed twice. When we got there, they told us they bumped us for a bigger party and suggested we could sit in the middle of the restaurant. Our group is a dinner and meeting; sitting in the middle of the restaurant wasn't an option. A young kid said his Mom was the owner and just keep saying he was sorry he couldn't accommodate us. We contacted Richmaid Restaurant and they were very happy to offer us space in their back room. Richmaid has always given us excellent service! We asked the kid if he could at least let anyone else who showed up know where we went. As soon as we left, he promptly "forgot" where we went and two of our members were unable to attend. Two others called me on my cell phone and I as able to pass the information on to them. It's unconscionable that they would confirm a reservation twice, then bump a group of 20 at the last minute, no phone call, no warning, nothing. I would never consider Casa Flores for a group meeting again.

I do not give Casa Flores resturant in Lodi, Ca. 400 E. Kettleman any star, my group booked our monthly dinner there in the banquet room and when we arrived were told that they over booked and that we were going to have to find seats else where. We even called to re-confirm the reservation and they didn't inform us... nor call us to inform us of there mistake. Our group is about 20 people and we had to go to another resturant at the last minute. I will "NEVER" send my buisness there agan!
