I have never had any problems with this clinic. When I call to make an appointment I get in the same day. The ladies are polite on the telephone and the billing department will work with you on a payment plan. Very satisfied!

I am so disatisfied with this clinic and the staff. I come in for a scheduled apt I get into the room and wait anywhere from 30 - 45 min. for the dr to come into the room. I have tests done, the lab tells me when they will be in and to call. I call and can't get the results because the dr isn't in that day but they will give the dr a note I called. I call the next day because nobody has contacted me, again the note will be given to the dr I called. No call back. this has been going on for the 8 yrs I have been there. The receptionist has been rude at times when I have called in because I wanted to see a dr, and I was to get a call back, and no call. I went into the clinic and the receptionist was on the phone, it was a personal call I could tell by the conversation. I waited there 5 min, no acknowledgement and I went and sat down for another 5 min. until her conversation ended and went up to give my name. No I am sorry for the wait, NOTHING!!! I am so upset, the building was replaced, I think some of the staff should be too!!!



I will be searching elsewhere for my treatments!!
