Knight Storage

We had a terrible experience renting from Gerald Knight of Knight Storage. DO NOT RENT HERE! It is worth the couple extra dollars to rent from another facility. Gerald credited 3 of our payments to another account. Each of our payments were made on time. He sent my account to collections. When I spoke with him about it he was rude and demeaning. He didn't apologize for his accounting error. While he did find the payment and cancel the collections notice I now have to work with the credit bureaus to get the negative mark removed. It will take 60-90 days before my credit report is cleared. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully he will take complaints more seriously and work to correct his sloppy book keeping and horrendous customer service.
