        If I could give them no stars I would. I purchased a set of tires from a location that went out of business and they are not linked so they have no record of the purchase to honor my warranty. Plus their on line appointment scheduler is a joke because I had an appointment that they cancelled 25 min before because they were short staffed and couldn't reschedule me another 6pm appointment because they don't take vehicles that late even though they close at 8.
        Disappointment is an understatement- very unprofessional.

        This is one of the best Pep Boys locations I highly recommend it ! I work in Downers Grove and live in Chicago and last week on Friday I was working late and came out to a headlight blown. If you are street wise then you know that driving the distance I drive with one headlight is just looking for a ticket. So I stopped in to this Pep Boys and they were packed with customers at 7:20 at night. The gentleman that asked me what I needed said I might have to wait til after 8:00 to have someone check it out. Needless to say after a long day at work and still long drive back to the city I was really to tired to wait. The gentleman seem to see my disappointment and offered me another solution but then proceeded to take it upon himself to come check my light and change out my bulb instead. I was so appreciative of his compassion and his willingness to help me. His name is David. I Highly recommend everyone that needs something for there cars to go there. Thanks David!
