I have always had a great relationship with this company, and its people. They have always helped me when needed.

This company is the worst company ever to deal with!!!! I have a business in Berea, KY and we are stuck with them. According to POFF even if I cancel their service we will still get charged according to the Berea City ordinance. Once again a company that because you are under an ordinance you are their hostage. IF IT IS AN OPTION DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

I love this company! The man that picks up our trash is very nice, allways puts out can back where I keep it setting. There was like two time since we've had them that the pickup wasn't made and that was when the road was pure ice. They are the best in my book!

Drivers are very polite, owner was very understanding, women that answer phone very rude and unprofessional . Spoke with owner very nice man. Never had any issues with garbage pick up only customer service reps.

Worst company to deal with - customer service people specialize in UN-Customer Svc and office manager knows nothing about managing her people - driver is great at NOT picking up your trash - WOULD NOT SUGGEST THEM TO ANYONE

Horrible service, they never pick up my trash, the BITCHES up there are RUDE!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! THEY SUCK!
