Oil Bowl Lanes

I was scheduled to have my sons birthday here on yesterday. Before paying deposit, I asked a young male on the phone could I bring my outside food and cake. He said yes you may. I went in..paid..and asked the sane question again...he said yes. The day of party with 30+ people invited the man at the counter stated that I couldn't bring in my food! I told him what I was told and he made no concessions. I saw the young male who gave me the wrong info and he didn't apologize...he just stated he remembered me and looked away ...then walked away!!! I cancelled my party at that location...got my $140.00 back...and partied at kids view park. Thank God the weather was 60°. They inconvenienced me by having to call guest with alternate location and some guest missed it all together! Overall, Oil Bowl Lanes Sucks! They need a complete face lift and new management! I will never return and will repost this blog EVERYWHERE!
