        Service was quick to install but the extras are very slow - the products, the signs have never been put up out, old equipment was left and had to picked up, and gift card were not given at time they said. Little things but annoying. Water is nice, system looks good.

        The water softener in my house solved all of my hard water problems. I also know the chemicals are out of my water. The reverse osmosis is doing great. I love having it at my kitchen sink.

        Sean came to our house was super friendly. He tested our water and showed us the difference between what we had and the Pure Water system. Then he sat with us and explained how it worked and all of the benefits. We were able to have our system installed the next day. Robert was excellent - very knowledgeable and sociable. He had everything ready to go within an hour and a half. The difference was noticeable instantly. I'm very happy we made this decision.
