ABM Lock & Key Service

NOT AWESOME as for late night service.



Mr. capital L (wish I knew the persons name so you could avoid using him as there may be other locksmiths at ABM who actually care). He wanted photos which I sent and never answered the phone when called back nor the next day. Took 45 minutes to shoot and send images to 2) phone numbers when he COULD HAVE SIMPLY SAID NO I CANNOT DO THIS JOB. I



T WAS 1AM.



I even offered 2.5 times his day rate.



The minute I heard his total lack of passion I should have listened to my gut. I end images to 2) different numbers so he could see the lock; if he could pick so i could retrieve documents from a mailbox that was locked. The key was with another person who was away for a couple days.



He did not answer the phone after I took photos , wrote a message and sent it to 2) separate phone numbers. Nor did he call the next day. He must be doing really well as I will not waste my time using ABM.



One star for answering phone the first time.



Mr L may show up or have you do a video.



I suggest calling any of the other 1,000 locksmiths in Los Angeles County.

This guys can do anything! I have always called them when my office needs a re key or my employees get lock out of there cars! Everytime i get great customer service and nobody can't really beat their prices. I looked around and call different locksmiths but ABM was the most reasonable. Can't complain, overall great company.
