        A WASTE OF TIME AND RESPECT

        MY WIFE EDNA WILLIAMS,



        had one really bad experience at this store, they think that because I'm a female I don't deserve to know what the hell was wrong with my car, they not only kept it all day,but treated me as if I didn't deserve to know, they kept telling me 45min more, 10 min more and so on they kept all my car all day!!! and at the end they just told me you have a copy of the results in your car without giving me an explanation! I had to ask the guy and when I talked to a so called manager, he didn't have the decency to give me his name but I heard others call him Jr., well this cheap version of a manager did not even apologize for the all day delay on my car, he offered to get me a ride home, but how was I going to get back to the store to pick up my car?! I was so upset and all they did was ignore me! They were so RUDE I do hope that someone with more manners can give me a reason why I was treated this way.... plus the information that is posted on what days and times the Smog tests are done is wrong I had to go twice to find out what days they are available!!! I do customer service for a living and this is no way to treat or retain a customer! I would never recomend you or go there myself again! I hope you take the appropriate action towards this matter because you have very unprofessional employees at this store!
