Awesome service! The staff was wonderful! I will definitely go back next time I need tires!!

First off, I would like to say that the current manager of this location is very rude, mouthy, and unprofessional.



I am an automotive tech by trade, I came in on Saturday. 4/13/13 to get two

tires done. I needed an alignment, due to shoulder wear on my tires. I asked the

service writer Doris, to just do a front end alignment on my car, which can be

done, to preserve tire wear as much as possible, being as cost is very important. As I was in the process of asking Doris to have them do a 2 wheel alignment, the manager Chris Baker comes up butting into our conversation saying "we do things right here, we won't do just a 2 wheel alignment. So I ended up just paying for a 4 wheel alignment, and IT WAS NOT DONE RIGHT!!!!!! My steering wheel was crocked to the right.



watch out for these guys, their alignment tech isnt even certified in suspension repair.

Im going to report this to the B.A.R.

A HUGE thank you to Chris Les Schwab Tire Centers in Los Banos, CA. I called the shop at 7:00pm to have a nail taken out of my tire. Though they were closing up, he stayed, fixed my tire, and didn't even charge me. Now, that's what I call customer service! I promised to get my next set of tires from there, and to have my brakes inspected too. Thank you for your exemplary customer service and friendliness!!!! What an amazingly clean facility too. I'll be able to bring my son in with me next time, I know he'll enjoy the art table and the free popcorn. Thank you Chris!

Just went here for the first time today. Great service, friendly and clean. Very reasonably priced. Also, when you pull up in the parking lot someone runs out of the building to help you. I would recommend this place to eveyone!
