Our sweet Kithaun had been sick andj no hope in sight so to lessen his suffering we decided to help him to the other side.
We had never dealt with creamation before and our friends suggested Caring Pet Services in Los Gatos.
The one. Person we dealt with most was Kim. She was professional but above all she was kind, and caring. I must had made 6-8 calls to ask questions and Km was always patient with me as she explained the answers to my queries. I wouldn't know where to start to thank her for everything.
Approximately 10 days later I received a phone call that you were able to pick up our cat. He arrived home in a beautiful handmade urn and a plaque with his paw prints and a certificate of cremation.
Being this our first experience the cremation of a pet we can't thank Caring Pet Services enough.
