South Bay Honda Mistreats their customers

PLEASE DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THEM.



Today I just went through my worst car buying experiences. This dealership may offer you a few dollars less than other dealers because they are new dealership and they are trying to ramp up their sales, but please don't fall for their enticement of a few dollars low price, because ultimately after they draw you in they treat customers like crap!

We were ill treated by this female who likes to call herself the boss of the place, called Jade. I think any customer should refuse to talk to her if being treated with bare minimum courtesy(let alone great customer service) is of any importance to you. This woman was discourteous, unprofessional, disrespectful and extremely rude to say the least. She created a scene in the place, yelling at me and my friends that accompanied for buying a car. This is not the kind of experience I am looking for when buying a $40,000 car.

I am worried that this dealership is even employing such kind of people, who don't have any idea on what basic customer service is. This is specially concerning because she claims that she is the director of finance. Any dealership that encourages such kind of attitude should not be encouraged and patronized.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

WARNING: NEVER GO HERE!!!! This place is the worst car dealership I have ever been to. They lie, cheat and fail to hold up their end of the deal. We called to make sure the car we wanted was in stock, they said yes. We went there, it was not. We brought in quoted price and they tried to say that the quoted price was higher. They told us to LIE on the credit check form. The salesman. KEVIN, knew we were upset so straight up asked us just to lie and give him a good review when customer serivce follow up with us about the sale. The next day they were supposed to call us when the car was ready. We had to call because they hadn't called us and was put on hold for 15 min until we hung up and called back. Turns out car was "ready" but they never called us. When we got their our Salesman never talked to us but had some other woman do it for him. We were about to leave when we asked about the alarm we purchased and the woman said "what alarm?" They forgot to install it and were going to let us leave without it. We were told to wait 40 min and it would be installed. An hour and a half later, it was finally installed. They smoked right by the door, blowing the smoke in people's face as they walked it. They yelled acrossed the sales full to one another, swearing and laughing. The Saleman talked on his cell phone around the show room for twenty min as he was in the middle of selling us a car. The place is dirty. Stains on the chair and flithy floors. They had MTV blasting and the staff paid my attention to the TV than to the customers. The night that we bought it the Salesman called at 10:40pm...way too late to be calling a customer. WORST CUSTOMER
