Baptist Towers is for elderly people age 62 and over or disabled people 18 and over. We have studios and one bedrooms and currently work from a waiting list. We have site based section 8 and section 236 at this property. Section 8 rent is based upon your income and Section 236 rent is a sliding scale based upon your income from $295 to $423.
