very good customer service! I had a nail in my tire and they pulled it out and it didn't leak air so they didn't charge me anything. Plus they saved me money I almost had to buy a new tire because it was so close to the sidewall. They even gave the kids balloons!

i went there and got a set of tires awhile back and they were perfectly nice. Then I went back and tried to get a new tire because one had blown I had a warranty and roadside service. The first guy all but slammed the door in my face and the other never even got off the phone to listen to me. This used to be a great place but I will never go back

I've definitely not had such great service in Louisville ky at any tire shop like this they. They helped me out big time after dealing with the janky tire shop A&A tires and auto across the street I'd recommend these guys to everyone.

I've been going to this specific store for the past 3 yrs and never had a problem until now. Back in February of this year (2014) I got my van worked on. Shortly after that I started hearing something like something was wrong but I figured my van was just getting old cause it's a 2001. I'm moving out of state next month so I'm gonna have my mechanics take a look at my van back home to see if I need some work on it. Anyways the other day on my way to work my steering wheel starts acting up so I have no idea what's going on. After I make a right turn my van doesn't want to turn back to straitened up instead it tries to stay turning to the right. It scared me cause I was in traffic I managed to get my van to where I needed to go but I was worried something was wrong with my steering so I pulled over to check things out. Eventually I managed to make it to work but now I was scared to drive home. I called a tow truck to come tow it to pep boys down the street. The tow man asked what's going on and I told him the problem I was having. He looked under my van and seen I had a few screws loose. I was very angry now cause tire discounters was the last to mess with my van. If those screws would of came out I or my kids could of been in a serious accident. It might of been a minor mistake but a machanic should always look over their work before they say they're done. I'll never go back to them ever again.

These men are professional. Donnie was most helpful in determining the best product for my truck for the least money and the best performance. I most certainly will be a repeat customer.
