I agree about the overbooking, waiting time and the office manager. I would not recommend this office if you are sick and need immediate help.

Do not go! Everytime I went to this practice I had a very long wait; just as described by the other people on the review. The nurse practicioner always ordered expensive, full blood work regardless of my reason for making the appointment. When I questioned this; she told me to find a new practice. Highly suspicious.

A listening doc is no excuse. These docs have been in practice for 20+ years and know how long they will spend with a patient. Hint: It's longer than the 15 minutes they book them apart. Docs like patients lined up so that there is a 0% chance they will have to spend 30 seconds waiting (and not billing) on a patient. Clearly they (docs in general) have no respect for anyone's time but their own.

The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The doctor listened well to the problem and really made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone.
