Been going to them for 5 plus years for the same thing ( cyst removal) everytime I schedule they have me on the phone for 20 plus minutes trying to get me scheduled for a consultation for something I have been seeing them for, which could be avoided if they look in my past appointments and see that I have never had a consult they just schedule me for the procedure. I tell them multiple times I have never needed a consult and the doctor says I don't need one then they talk to the doctor and find out I was right and don't need one after wasting 20 minutes of my time. (This is supposed to be marked in my chart but clearly it's not) I called a month and a half ago to schedule my procedure and had me on the schedule for this week, I called today to confirm and they said they never had me on the schedule and couldn't get me in until late January. I took off work and my driver took off work as well. Such a inconvenience. Front desk is totally unorganized, rude and clearly doesn't know what they are doing. Very sad I liked the doctor but her front office completely ruined it. Won't ever be back.

My experience with this place was unprofessional to say the least. There seemed to be a disconnect from the back, (patient and treatment rooms) to the front where all aspects of my treatments should have documented as was applied in the treatment room and discussed. It resulted in miscommunication between me and the office. Regarding payment, scheduling, and treatments. I was terminated treatment when I tried to bring this to their attention and third party accusations were made and an attack on my character was used by the office manager who is the husband of the doctor. I was enthusiastic about the treatments, but was disillusioned about the professionalism. I was terminated for what I considered unjust cause in the middle of treatments and will now have to make other arrangements to finish a partial job on my face. I am actually thankful that I won't be finishing with them as I now think the potential for one of those nightmare facejobs could have happen to me. Enter this place at your own risk and pay attention once you get there.

Beware of this place! We went for a preventative skin check and over $100 later (with insurance), I found out they don't code a annual checkup like that to insurance! So be prepared to pay for a non-routine visit!
