        I went in to get a shingles shot. Waited 30 minutes to only have other people taken back before me. The young man at the drop off counter has me complete form for my shot, and asks me to wait to be called back. when I finally get the attention of another pharmacist, she proceeds to tell what I've already heard from the woman giving the shot. Then I'm asked if I have paid for the shot. So now they have me cut off another shopper to pay for my shot. This pharmacy is so Disorganized. No protocol. When I spoke with the manager, I felt like she couldn't process what had actually happened, and stated "I'm sorry you had a Bad Experience with the Pharmacy". Isn't that nice?
