Founded in 1972 by an experienced fence builder, father. Fence by Frank was started in Hillsborough and Pasco counties in Florida by Frank Kelske. The business grew successfully for the next 14 years. Upon his fathers retirement, James took over the business, Having followed in his fathers footsteps and ran his own successful fence business in the meantime.
