        My water system pump failed and we had no water - twice, and Pope's provided prompt service and only replaced the parts needed rather than a selling and installing a new pump.

        I called Popes when our well pump broke. It was over a week before they got back to me to schedule a repair. By then it was long since repaired. I can imagine how nice it would have been without water for 10 days...waiting for them.

        very unhappy

        i paid them to do a service repair. it broke again and i have not been able to get them to come back out. i have attempted to call them5 times with no results
