Wow! It is truly amazing what one can find on line when one actually starts to monitor these things! I have no idea who may or may not have served this client since this review is from so many years ago. I’d like to explain that in 2005 my salon was a “booth rental salon”. What that basically means is that I had several stylists each conducting their own business within the confines of my business. They each paid me a flat rental rate for their work-space & were completely separate businesses form my business. Since I have no record of serving a client by this name I can only guess that she must have seen one of my booth renters who was what is called in my industry an “independent contractor”. Whoever served this client had nothing to do with my business other than the fact that they may have rented a work station form me. In Dec of 2009 I relocated my business to our current address at 18500-C 33rd Ave W in Lynnwood WA. I am proud to say that as of that date I no longer lease work stations to any independent contractors. The obvious lack of control over what might go on inside my salon is just one of the many reasons why I now have an employee only salon. My team of professional stylist is here to serve you & I assure you that nothing like this will every happen in my salon again since everyone who works in my salon now, actually works for me & answers to me. My stylists are all highly skilled technicians, expert in hair coloring techniques as well as cutting, styling & all salon services. They have all been trained to use a through client consultation method prior to providing any services. This helps to insure that all of our clients go away happy & come back for repeat services.
