Hoffman Michael J DDS PC

I had implants done recently and was verbally quoted it would be several hundred dollars by Dr. Batra for making the implant bridge, a dentist working at Hoffman Dental Care. This seemed consistent for what I had paid for a non-implant bridge and along the line with what I had paid for a partial.

I went to schedule the appointment, and found the price for the bridge was going to over $4Kto upwards of $6K depending on what was needed. This is a huge error, and I may have done differently, but I had spent several thousand having bone graft done to prep for the bridge. When I informed the office of my verbal quote, I got no relief.

So, I mentioned this in a google review, and received a reply saying this was false and asking to change it, which I did not as it was true.

My wife had a previously scheduled appointment which she went to on 6/28/18. When she arrived, she was asked to come into a back office, and there handed a letter which had been mailed a week earlier once again asserting my review was false and that we would no longer be provided service, both myself and my wife, a letter I had received but had not opened yet as I open mail on the weekends.
My wife received not even a phone call, text, or even an email, and no letter addressed to her informing her of this.

Rude and unprofessional I am not sure adequately describes this type of behavior. I was shocked and offended. Thus far my correspondence to Hoffmann Dental on this matter, demanding $50 be paid to my wife for such poor treatment, has been unanswered. My request for a call back has also not been as yet provided.

I am giving one star only because I cannot give zero. I would suggest anyone looking for a dentist look elsewhere. Those who are presently a happy Hoffmann patient, beware. You are only one honest review from being denied service as we were. I probably should have known this, but be sure you get all Dr. Batra quotes in writing if you continue with her as your dentist.

They get zero stars from me, even though yellow pages put a star up there, they do not deserve any. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Doctor Hoffman may be ok, but the other dentist he has working for his practice totally sucks! I have had nothing but issues since visiting this practice. After having fillings put in my mouth, they started to break one after another! Now I am sitting at another dental office for them to fix Hoffman dental errors! Never ever have I had these many issues. Find another dentist!
