Rent-A-Center

Do NOT use this Rent 1st here in Macon, Missouri. I have been calling for the past 3 weeks, 5 phones calls now and they still have not picked up the washer we're renting from them. I keep getting promises that it will get picked up within the day and here we are 3 weeks later. These men in this store are not reliable, have no idea what they're talking about, give misinformation, and apparently don't communicate with each other. Don't waste your time or energy on this one, go somewhere else, I wish we would've.



Update: After being told they would be here within 2 hours, I had to call back because of course they hadn't come. Was told the driver just got back from columbia, so they'd be here in 15 min. 25 minutes later the guy shows up looking like he's mad as can be. Not professional at all as he took the dolly upstairs to get the washer, dragging it up so it bumps and jumps and hit the stairs all the way up. He was a lot more careful bringing the washer in when we had got it. I would NEVER use this place again.
