Lumber Liquidators

Installer caused hundreds of dollars in damage to plumbing. Store & installer admitted fault and promised to reimburse my out of pocket expenses for the repairs. After repeated calls to the manager, promising they're "on it", nothing has been paid back to me months later. Awful customer service.

Simply Wonderful.....knowledgeable....great experience. I spent half as much as I was quoted elsewhere. I recommend the Sun Prairie location to anyone who needs hardwood or laminates. GoodJob.....if you have the chance, talk to Ian. He is the guy who helped us and was a great guy.
