Overall

I was very unhappy with the service I got from them. In june I called them looking for a transfer case for my jeep when I called to see if they had one I asked what type of return policy they had on their parts I was told a 30 day policy. so on June 12th I came in and purchased a transfercase I did not have core with me at the time because person doing the work had not taken it off so the guy who was doing the work pulled my transfercase off and I returned core to K & K on Friday June 20th and then he called me later that evening to tell me my new part didn't work well K and K was closed and The Closed for Vacation the following week upon their return when I got hold of them I was told they already got rid of my core and that I only had 7 days to bring that part back in now I am out 250.00 my jeep isn't working and I am out the money I had already paid the guy who did the work and I have made several attempts to deal with K and K and nothing has happen I am stuck with a part I can't use and I will never buy from K and K again. I will tell all my friends not to use them. and from now on I will look elsewhere for my parts.
