"My experience with Floorcoverings International of the Woodlands was amazing! I began my project with another company. John contacted me and asked if I was happy with my new flooring. I quickly explained what a terrible decision I had made in going with another company. John came out the next day and went through my home. I was so distraught because of the condition my home was in from a shady contractor. Within a few hours John had a quote for me. The installation team was extremely professional. They went above and beyond my expectations! They never left tools or trash laying around. Each day they cleaned up the area before leaving. One of the workers said that he believed he had broken a frame I had in a closet. They offered to pay for new glass for the frame. But, the worker did not break it - it was already damaged. The eye for detail, the professionalism, and the genuine care for my home and their work product was wonderful. I love my new flooring - it is beautiful and installed perfectly! I would recommend Floor Coverings International of the Woodlands every time!"
