I have been a patient with this practice for over 5 years, and have always had great service from the staff as well as the doctors. Yes there are time I have been on hold for 4-5 mins but the girls have always been awesome. I read the reviews and I do not agree at all. Some of the people that come to this place is aweful! They yell at the staff for stuff like copays and missed appt. people you will get better service if you stop being so rude. I love my doctor and the manger has always been nice to me. I say go for yourself and see what you think, be kind to get kindness. Remember they are humans too. Jasmin M.

This place is awful I always receive BAD SERVICE ON EACH and every visit. The people there are rude and unwilling to help when needed. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

Do not waste your time and money with this place. I have had 4 appointments cancelled by Dr. Balaguer in the last 6 months. Every time they cancel an appt, I make a new one only to have it cancelled again. There is a $25 charge to refill your prescription outside of appts. (b/c you'll never see your Dr.) For scheduled appts. you wait minimum of 30 min. Denise, the office manager, and her staff are incredibly rude. They don't keep track of your deductible, and over charge you, I now have a balance b/c of that, and they still try to charge me. I was holding out, hoping it would get better b/c I hate changing doctors. I called this morning for a refill, because the Dr. cancelled, again, and will not be paying the charge. I am now currently looking for a new doctor. 0 out of 5 Stars.

This place is awful! Highly do NOT recommend. When I first called this facility to schedule an appointment it was a nightmare. They were very rude and difficult to work with. After finally making a appointment and going in, they had me confused with another pattention and wouldn't see me. The front receptionist was extremely rude and very mean. I found flyers in the waiting room with a list of reasons to not go to that facility. Just overall a very bad experience.

The worst service ever! Are these people aware about the importance of the mental health of their patients? They don't even answer the phone!!!! Forget about if you need a rush appointment; they never have a slot available even for walk-ins. So if you have a severe depression and are running out of meds, you're done. It's so frustrating to see how this provider provides NOTHING for their patients... Cigna Behavioral, I think you have an excellent opportunity for a quality audit.

CHOOSE A PRIVATE PRACTICE. It is next to impossible to get a live person on the phone. Long wait times, and a $50 fee if you need an Rx refilled and they don't have a convenient appointment time. Also a $50 fee for missed appointment. Be sure to put it in writing, as I had cancelled my child's appointment because we were going to be on vacation. I even rescheduled the next appointment when I cancelled the initial appt. When we showed up, I was hit with the $50 fee. If I refused to pay, they refused to see my child. During our last visit, they could not locate my child's medical records. The doctor kind of had to wing it, which I don't particularly care for !! I am currently switching to a new doctor and having to wrangle to get my child's medical records. I was informed by the young girl in medical records today that it is "against the law" for them to release the medical records to me. I have called other facilities and have been told this is not true. Not sure what is going on at the place. The doctor had seemed nice, but the place kind of reminds me the Walmart of mental health care.

I've been going once every 3 months for the past year or so. The least amount of time I ever waited was 45min. Even when I was the first appointment I was seen an hour late. Apparently she has hospital rounds and gets there as soon as she can, but what I have scheduled for the rest of my day doesn't matter. If you need a monthly prescription you have to pay $25 for each one after the one given to you at your appointment. This doesn't affect me as I get 3 months at a time through my employee insurance company, otherwise I'd be out of there. Keep looking, someday they'll get the message.

Run for your life. Staff is either unfeeling or on meds. Wait time for me was already past an hour from my appointment with people before me still waiting. When I asked for my money back, they simply refunded it and was like "Oh Well". No apologies, no advisement that there was even a wait. If you have anxiety, this place will make it worse before you even get to the doctor. Can't really evaluate th Doctor as they never saw me. After the person in front of me still hadn't been seen 2 hours after their appointment time, I called it a day and left. I can't even give this place 1 star, but it makes me. I guess it gets one star for Air conditioning.
