DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management is terrible.

1. Complaints go unheard and ignored. If you are unhappy with something, learn to live with it because no one at the office will assist or even try to make improvements.

2. 90% of the tenants that own dogs DO NOT pick up after them. There is dog waste on every inch of the grass areas. The management refuses to clean the dog waste trash bins, refill the dog bags, or make any attempt to prevent this.

3. Tenants allow their dogs to urinate in the sidewalks and entry ways of the apartment buildings. The management office has been told repeatedly, as well at the management corporate office and nothing has been done. The management office has said that they will not clean the area or try to discourage tenants from doing this.

4. Maintenance requests are not attended to for weeks. If you request a repair, you and are given a date for repair, do not hold your breath - maintenance will NOT show up on the scheduled day, in fact you will not even be given a courtesy call to tell you the repair date has changed. You will be rudely interrupted at home after normal work hours. Typically repairs take up to and in excess to 3 weeks to be repaired.

5. There are repeated thefts in the complex. Cars have been broken into many times. Vandalism is a typical occurrence. The police are called out on a regular basis.

6. Loitering is a constant problem. Kids run around at late hours nightly, carrying baseball bats, make loud noises. Adults sit outside near the tennis court drinking beer late at night. And several tenants dumpster dive. Any given day or night at least one tenant can be seen digging in the neighborhoods trash dumps.

7. Everything is made to appear of good quality but is in fact very poorly made and cheap. You will often have things ruined or require repair because of the management’s decision to cut corners.

This apartment complex is absolutely terrible and I guarantee if you move here, you will be miserable. You may think that you are saving money, but the money you save is not worth the crime or the poor management. Trust me: move somewhere else.
