        Well I based my selection on the recommendation below. I checked out the website and liked what I saw there...when I called I was abruptly told that they don't do oil furnace service. Although they have a whole paragraph on their oil service on the website. Whoever was on the phone needs to brush up their people skills. They said to send the link about the oil service to them so they could fix it...but the site doesn't provide an email capability. Keep your money, I'm off to find someone who will help me, or at least be courteous when not being able to help.

        Overall

        When my air conditioning went out in June, I was a first time customer. Mark came out the same day and fixed my problems. Now I am selling my house, and had to get an inspection, which lead me to call on Mark again for help on an unrelated issue. He not only came out the next day, but he went out of his way to help with something that he was not responsible for because he could see I needed help. This is a company that cares about their customers, not just the job. Thanks Mark!
