General Info: I love helping patients reach their health goals so they can live their best lives. I focus on preventing health issues. When a patient feels unwell, I look for what's causing the illness. My goal is to treat the causes rather than treat the symptoms. I suggest lifestyle changes before medication when possible. I make sure my patients feel heard. Together, we create a care plan they understand and feel comfortable with.
