        I ordered online, like I have done for the many years I have worked on the K-State campus, and received no confirmation email or even a phone call. When It was already the end of the lunch hour, I called and the person working told me they had tried to look for my room number and couldn't find it (hello, I've ordered from the same office for freaking 3 years now!) Not only that, they had apparently called my office number. I'm pretty sure I would have noticed a phone call. Incompetent is the only word I have to describe them.
