Grand Rental Station

I bought a snowblower from them. He promised that the snow blower would be ready to run, all I needed to do was put gas into it. They delivered it and took away my old one. When we got 11 inches of snow I went out to add my gas and clean my driveway and I realized that it was full of gas. Now that is exceeding my expectations.

I worked with Deanna at Grand Rental for my tented brunch wedding. From the tent and dance floor to champagne flutes and silverware, I truly felt like I was working with a profession wedding planner, not the girl who also rents lawn mowers! I will definitely work with her again if I host another event.

Dennis the parts guy at grand rental is very rude and swears at customers. I spoke to rich (owner) he apologized for his employees potty mouth. Rich was super nice, all the employees are nice except for dennis.

Substandard ethical practices in place with Manitowoc's Grand Rental Station. After being charged for an estimate to repair my mower which was greater than I paid for it, they courteously said they would throw it our for me. Later, I receive a call from a stranger, who bought it from them, with no repairs. He said they sold it to him as a "fixer up" and wanted to know if I had the bagging attachment to give him. Not only did they make money twice off of an item which they said was trash, they violated my confidentiality by giving my contact information to a stranger, without my consent. I called to complain, and was answered with a "superior attitude" with no sense of wrongdoing or unethical practices on their behalf. I would not recommend this business as honest, ethical, or fair in their prices.

I don't know what scubas smoking, but Grand Rental Station was great. They handled my party rental needs. The prices were cheaper than other places I checked, the people were great and were on time. I don't know about scuba, but I would buy a lawn mower from them. They have alot of things to rent.

I took two lawnmowers in for oil changes and the blades sharpened. I did not expect for them to charge the whole hourly rate even though it had to of taken them not even twenty minutes. I asked how can it be so much? The worker got really pissy with me like he thought he was better than me.
