McDonald's

I seriously go through this McDonald's probably 3 to 4 times a week and sometimes twice a day. Everytime i get a iced caramel mocha and EVERYTIME they mess it up I'm not kidding you and when i ask them to remake it they act crazy knowing the dam drink is suppose to have ice in it and suppose to have whipped cream on the top. It's the most frustrating thing to go spend that much money on those drinks bc i usually get two one for me and one for my mom and they make them wrong and are so rude and sometimes it's the same person and sometimes it's another but it jus seems like they have not a clue how to make a drink!! I feel like a crazy lady bc of them i feel horrible having to complain and seem like a jerk but it should not be everytime i go there my drinks are messed up. Get it together
