Marblehead High School is affiliated with the Marblehead Public Schools. It offers academic instructions from grades nine through 12 in various subjects, including English, math, social studies, science, business education, fine arts, health, physical education, foreign language and special education. It also offers various athletic activities, such as football, hockey, golf, cross country, soccer, tennis, swimming and cheerleading. The school has various clubs and organizations that include computer club, dance troupe, annual musical production, international club , junior Rotarians, mock trial club and student athletic council. The school offers internship program that allow students to develop a relationship with an adult mentor and grants them the opportunity to experience education outside the school.
