America's Best Contacts And Eyeglasses

I was leaving my house to go to an event and when I picked up my reading glasses, one of the arms came off. The screw apparently fell out and was no where to be found. I was frustrated and visited America’s Best on Barrett Pkwy to see if they could fix this.

I was met by Melissa at the front desk. Friendly, courteous… When I explained what happened, her response was straight forward; “I got you”! She took my glasses, inserted a new screw, adjusted them and in no time, I was good to go.

During that time, I was bantering with Lola (not sure of her position) but we were having a grand ‘ole time. Neither Melissa or Lola knew that I was having a crappy day however, both of them dismantled all my crappiness just with being pleasant, helpful, responsive, and jovial.
