Orr Appraisal Services

Chris K Norris was the Orr appraiser for a Delta Credit Union refinance, he was given a 1 yr old copy of an appraisal @ the amount $ 390K, he appraised my home @ $350K. Delta C.U could not close this refinance due to Chris's low appraisal. I have since refinanced using a reputable appraiser @ $ 410K. Save your time and money do not refinance with Delta C.U as they use this appraiser. A difference in $ 60,000 should be cause for embarrassment for Chris.I submitted 3 written requests for reconsideration and Chris never adjusted his low amount.
