Stadium Village

The first month I moved in my carpet was infested with fleas. I heard from my other roommates that they had even changed the carpet and the mattress before I moved in. But yet there was a flea infestation. I still have scars from the bites on my feet. It took them a week before the leasing office took any action at all to respond to the issue. The second month living here I came home one night and my carpet in my closet was soaking wet. My clothes were wet and there was water damage to my furniture in the closet. I called emergency maintenance and I heard nothing back until 5pm the next day I went to the office. They sent some one to stop the leak, but they didn't actually fix the leak coming from the air conditioner. It took them two more days to come and replace the carpet after another visit to the office. It took them a week to fix the air conditioner. Then, at the end of the month they tried to charge us for overages from the air conditioner not even working. After a fourth month of living here my roommate was harassed and threatened by another resident. Then she was harassed and threatened a second time on the same day. When approaching the leasing staff they said they have heard about it before. No apology and no sympathy. Don't worry the police handled this situation. This place is terrible and the staff is inconsiderate and has no sense of urgency regarding any resident issues. Rent is way too expensive for the treatment you receive and there is no safety! Residents let any person into the complex and parking is a nightmare and never enforced. I cannot stress to everyone enough that it was an extreme mistake to live here. Spread the word and save others from this terrible fate.

. Lets by pass the shootings, the constantly broken gate, the cheap furniture, the new rules tha tare implemented on whims, shooty parking garage that is far away, the 19 year olds that work there that never know the answers to anything or every give you the correct info....



Lets talk about how our apartment had mice. Plural. The apartment manager tried to blame it on us, Lets talk about how she then slipped up and admitted the exterminator had to come out for a few other apartments too.... (hmm but its our fault right?) lets talk about how they were in two of my roommates closets and they could care less and said wait a week before they get an exterminator out. Um excuse me? saying they only bring him out on thursdays *( hmm weird that they have a consistent date for an exterminator..but its not a issue) but we are the problem . Management is horrible and would not give us corporate number. RUN far away from here.

Terrible...2 shootings in a month, cheap furniture, awful management. This is unfortunately very accurate not to mention the parking was designed only to make more money... and at least 3 of the " 5 star reviews" are from people that work here.

This place is AWFUL! 2 shootings within the first 2 months of school. Management is terrible. Not enough parking which they are now making money off of by having "Reserved" spots that cost $35/month on top of the already expensive rent. Honestly seems like they are just trying to set everyone up to have to pay more to get what they already should have a right to because they are paying residents. Amenities are not that great: small gym, appliances break frequently. NO customer service whatsoever, they tow residents (who pay) but will give visitors "warnings" before towing. DO NOT LIVE HERE! You are better off at other student housings such as UClub or UPointe
