Esprit Apartments

A lot of nice reviews here, I have lived here for close to a year and can't wait for my lease to be over.

Issues

1. I pay a large amount of money for this view but due to the design of the building I can't clean my own windows it requires someone to do it from outside - It took Esprit 3-4 months of my constant complaining for them to hire someone to clean the windows but they will only do this once a year. close to $5000.00 to stare as seagull crap for 10 months is not worth it.

2. Building 2 has had constant problems with false fire alarms at 1-2AM and the alarm panel in the parking garage will be going off constantly with nobody paying attention to it until we complain.

3. residents let their dogs pee on everything - water fountains, benches, side of the building etc so when you go outside to enjoy the marina you need to do it away from the Esprit - management has tried to control this but they have had no luck.

4. The staff is the only thing I will say is nice about the facility, they are very friendly inn the leasing office
