They are courteous until they make mistakes. They won't take responsibility for mistakes they make. I had to pay out of pocket for rental car reimbursements because they told me they would begin work on my car on a Monday and took my keys and car and then told my insurance company that they didn't start work on my car until Thursday so I then had to pay for the rental car during the time until they actually began repairs. And then they ordered the wrong parts which delayed me getting my car back. They also kept telling me it would be done on one day and then didn't finish and they would tell me another day and of course it wasn't done again. I would not recommend this place to anyone

After being involved in an accident, I was unsure how long it would take to complete the repair and who I would be able to trust in repairing my vehicle. Quality Auto Rebuilders provided excellent communication and worked well with my insurance company. My vehicle was repaired to my standards and although I hope to never have another accident, if I do-I know where to take my vehicle.
