        Dan is the most caring and kindest landlord. I have ever met.He does have someone to do maintenance. He has helped so many people. I been renting for 11 yrs off him.

        Dan and Vicki Murphy do not care about the habitants of their rentals or the surrounding neighbors. Their rental in Bikini Avenue in Fairpark has a tree falling into the neighbors yard. Dan refuses to cut down the tree, even though it is a huge danger to family living there, including the 3 Young children.
