Marshall Medical Associates PC

I LOVE Marshall Medical Associates! They have been wonderful for both me and my family! All of the staff, receptionists and doctors are so helpful and go out of their way to assist you! I have been to several doctors in the past and this facility is by far the best!

I went to Marshall Medical 17 days ago for blood work and other tests and I still havent heard anything from them on my results I've left numerous voicemails. I'm beyond upset if They don't have my results i feel like they could at very least call me and tell me they're not in yet !! So anyone one know another good Doctor's offices near Coldwater cause this isnt the first time they've done this to me so I'm over it!!

In all my voicemails I've left my phone number and when I'm available in total I've left six voicemails!!

Terrible office!!!

Very rude staff and the doctors treat you like a number. They don't remember any information from your last visit. I gave them one more chance when I thought I broke my foot. I needed an X-Ray, but they turned me away because I had not been there in two years. They said I would have to schedule an appointment as a new patient. REALLY???

They lost my business and my children too.

I love this office , the receptionists are fantastic friendly and helpful. The Doctors are always wiling to listen and go out of their way to help you. I don't have a single complaint of on this office and would not even consider going to another office. They are very busy which tells everyone they are good. Thank you Marshall Medical

The Dobbins at Marshall Medical have been my doctors for over 30 years. Over the years as each Dr. Dobbins left I started seeing Dr J Dobbins. However, since he passed away a couple of years ago this office has been horrible. The receptionists are the worse! They don't want to listen to the patient, they talk over the patient, and if you are taking to much of their time they will cut you off. VERY RUDE!!



There is a younger DR. that was hired recently that is a complete @#$! The first time I had an appt with him he looked at my medical profile and told me, "Sucks to be you." The PA's are very nice, but all in all this office is going to run themselves into the ground. I am sad to say over 30 years I have been with this office and I will be finding a new primary doctor.

This doctor listened when no one else would and as a result he saved the lives of my son and myself. I strongly recommend him to anyone.
