Considering a divorce was stressful enough (especially after being married for over 20 yrs.) Gina was kindly being flexible with appt changes prior to me coming in. Also, the phone guidance she provided prior to my visit was invaluable to prepare me for my appt with Denise. My appt with Denise was attended with my husband (which I was scared would be awkward) but Denise made the environment impartial and safe for both of us. I appreciated Denise’s expertise, professionalism and kind manner. We both left feeling accomplished and well informed with a lot to think about re: our futures. We both have been divorced before, and this was NOTHING like our first round experiences. We were so pleasantly surprised! I would recommend Denise’s Family Law Services to everyone who just wants to get things done, correctly and simply without paying an exorbitant amount of attorney fees.

Needed immediate action to get a TRO and Divorce petition paperwork started immediately. Denise's Family Law & Divorce Documentation gets it done. Floored by divorce but have to get it done quick to short sale house. Used their 2 party divorce option, ex and I went in together ( broken down into 3 appointments so not overwhelming) on a recent Saturday and they filed our papers at the court Monday. Denise offers fair, impartial, and helpful mediation during the appointments as well. What is a sad time in most people's lives is handled greatly by Denise & Gina. Thank you very much!!

Well worth the money to have Denise and her team professionally and knowledgeably fill out the documents needed for my divorce. I thought I could do it myself, but I took a recommendation of a friend that used Denise's years ago for her divorce, and it was the smartest thing I could have ever done at this time in my life. Denise's Family Law was very helpful, I just could not find the time in 3 Years to finish my divorce paperwork in pro per, so I decided it was time to find someone who could help finalize my divorce in the quickest, most professional way possible. I called a few places, attorneys (wanted a high retainer), self-help (do it your self basically, same boat) and paralegals (cost less than an attorney but more than Denise Family Law). I spoke with the staff at Denise Family Law, they returned my calls promptly, and scheduled an appointment within a few days. Denise got the job done in a HOUR!!! All paperwork done, and filed within the next 2 business days. Now mind you I had already filed the preliminary paperwork, this had by now become an uncontested divorce, with one minor child, and 50/50 custody with no alimony. So although one of the easier divorces, Denise still did a fantastic job in getting it done! and releasing a huge weight off my shoulders. Also, she was very reasonably priced, the most money spent was on that darn court ordered filing fee. Thank you Denise!

i was going through divorce ,i was married 19 yrs ,i was faithful in my marriage ,i had post traumatic stress dissorder ,i had bad things that life bring ,loss of my brother ,i had the burden of pulling my own mothers plug ,around the same time i tried saving a co worker with cpr who did not live ,before all this my supposed wife told me she didnt love me and didnt want to be a wife or mother anymore ,i fought for 5 yrs to save my marriage ,then after all this she serves me divorce papers ,and leaves for two days ,it was a game to her ,anything to hurt me ,she gave me custody of my doughter ,to move out of state ,we agreed on 9 yrs alomony of $150.00 a week ,,and she could have my ira from my union ,instead dineases paralegal sided with my ex and wrote the paper work up for lifetime alomony and 1/2 of all my pensions wich is probably less for her ,i didnt read everything ,i was pretty sick and mentaly weak ,i was seeing sychologist at the time ,i didnt even know until i moved back to califoornia ,this women and dineases paralegal pretty much destroyed my life ,we had one child ,i always encouraged my ex to go to school or find a carreer she want ,and she would say f u ,,i was an honest man that didnt deserve this ,i came back and was giving her 200 a week to help her becouse my job was ok ,she dragged me to court again and wanted 250.00 a week ,now she is getting $0 ,im laid of i cant even help myself ,so i could help her ,this has just stopped me from moving forward and being succesful in life ,it all started when i met someone knew ,dineases paralegal wont even look up our oringinal agreement or the notes that were made with our agreement ,they wont admit to any mistake you can bet on that ,i had a wife that was never a wife ,i had to be mom and dad ,work all day come home clean the house ,and be mentally hurt ,im currently seeing more sychologist to overcome everything thats happened to me ,dont ever trust this bussiness ,you better read everything that women has you sighn ,i was tricked but thats ok ,im still fighting for life 6 yrs later ,i was paying $800 a month just alamony ,thats not what we agreed on ,no thanks to dinises paralegal,i was told life time becouse its not in the paperwork
