Roach Energy

We moved into a new home, and have an oil tank. Neither of us had any experience with this sort of heating, so we were very naive and we did not keep an eye on our oil levels during a cold snap in April. One day, we woke to a frigid house. We called around to see who could deliver fastest, and we were told by Roach that they could be out the next day. I took off work and called Roach first thing the next day to confirm the delivery. I was told that we had a delivery scheduled, but it may not happen until the next day. When I brought up that we were given a delivery date and that I took off work to be there the response was "We don't have anyone in the area today and you don't have to be there for us to deliver. Didn't anyone tell you that?" So, I've wasted a day of work for no reason and I am not getting the delivery I was promised. It is supposed to be in the 30's and I have two young kids. I will not be dealing with this company again. I do not appreciate being lied to.
