Very Poor Management. Place is not professionally run. Manager tries to keep deposits and add more fess on top. Very indiscreet about protecting credit and personal information of tenants. Gang activity and other malfeasance is ongoing (even a murder - shooting) took place and was not made know to potential renters. Maintenance is an issue as there is no full time staff. Manager does not come to work most days and is in way over her head. Stay away. Rent is too high for the level or service and the type of tenant you will have to live next too. Pennant screening is a joke. This is an upscale section 8 type of place. Be advised.

Stay away. Townhouses are cute and convenient but Manager is very unprofessional. Will disclose personal information about renter's (credit, substance abuse, police record) without permission. Manager does not keep officer hours (comes in rarely and does not have time for issue resolution). Rules are not uniformly enforced and Manager will attempt to keep your deposit and tack on all kinds of fees at end of lease. Owner will do nothing to assist. There is gang activity, drug deals and even a murder that was not disclose until after I signed a lease. Beware. You will not be happy. Crazy experience.
