Overall

Manager, Ashli had been cutting my hair for 10 months. She had ALWAYS cut my hair in a long bob. After waiting 35 minutes past scheduled appointment, she called me to the chair, and proceeded to face me away from the mirror and started cutting the back of my hair without discussing the cut. After a few minutes her next customer came in, and she abruptly told me she was going to put me under the dryer but wasn’t done cutting my hair. She never came back to get me. I returned to the waiting area and waited a good 45 minutes for her to finish the cut. She never finished, and after the LONG wait she said she was done.
