Bridal Gallery

I live in a small town in KY with very limited shopping opportunities for bridal gowns. I have a good friend in Maryville who recommended I visit her for the weekend and look for a dress at the Bridal Gallery. I'm so glad I took her advice. This place is great. Lots of dresses to try, and I was able to buy that day and take the dress home with me!

I was extremely pleased with my buying experience at the Bridal Gallery. I had a not so pleasant experience at another store, so I visited this store and was treated great. I found the perfect gown at a fraction of what I would pay elsewhere. Thank you!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They don't stand behind what they sell and the younger lady is rude.

I bought a wedding dress there and was ecstatic about my beautiful dress only to find that once I got it home and put it away in the bag they provided me til my wedding day (so that my future husband wouldn't see it), it smelled like fish. I asked the owners several times what I could do about it and their solution was for me to put more money into a dress I may not be able to wear. So fed up with the ack of Customre Support, I took my dress to the store with me and let them experience first had what I was talking about. The younger (daughter of the owner) lady there was rude and basically laughed in my face. Also lied to me 2 times. She admitted to smelling the odor but insisted there was nothing she could do. The dress had never been worn and will never be, due to the smell. They don't stand behind what they sell and the sales lady (one mentioned above) basically laughed in my face and told me there was nothing she could, should or would do about it. She stated that I bought the dress there for she no longer had an obligation to do anything about it. I would never recommend anyone shop here. There dresses may be discounted but you know that old saying "you get what you pay for", its definately true with this store. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

The ladies at the Bridal Gallery in Maryville were so helpful to me with my wedding plans. They have a great selection of dresses and veils. I would highly recommend them!!
