S & S Warehousing and Delivery Svce Inc

I regret the day I started using S&S as our warehousing company. It all started out pretty good and while there were no problems, everything was OK. But ultimately things happen and all I can say is that this company is dysfunctional at best, everyone blames everyone else and they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They procclaim to have a sophisticated software that identifies each piece, but somehow still manage to send the wrong pieces to our clients - repeatedly-. They have lost things of ours and they have never accepted any responsability for any damage or losses they incurred. They have no problem in charging for every minute detail and yet have never said thanks for all the clients and artisans we put them in touch with. The one good thing I must say for them is that their packaging is good, but ultimately it's not enough to warrant putting up with their rude nature and far-from-customer-service mentality.
