Lisa was very rude to my 8 year old daughter and blatantly lied stating they were all booked up while there was 3 stylists on and literally only one customer in the store. Rather than do 3 children's haircut (which I know can be a daunting task) she lied straight to our faces stating that there was a wait. I am sure corporate will love to hear how she is turning away customers. Right after we started leaving she went outside to have a cigarette. I guess she wasn't too busy to smoke. Despite all of this the worst part of all was how disrespectful she was when speaking to my daughter. She should be ashamed of herself. We will NEVER go back.
